Rebecca led the growth of the multi-award-winning SimkissGuy Recruitment from 2013, before evolving the business into Simkiss Recruitment Solutions – a natural progression reflecting its expanded strategic offering and long-term vision to redefine and reimagine recruitment. Rebecca has held influential civic and leadership roles including Chair and Trustee of a local charity, Founding Board Member of West Midlands Women’s Voice, and Chair of BPS Birmingham Future.
