Megan is getting on very well in her first few days, I can really tell that she’s excited about the role and will get on really well long-term. I received a call from a recruitment agency, Simkiss Recruitment Solutions (cannot recommend them enough). The conversation, even now, reflecting on, seemed surreal. They were asking me if I’d be interested in working on a contract for a prestigious company, using my skills I gained over my career, I said I would… and, even though I knew very little about the sector, my skill set was sector agnostic and I knew I could “do this”… Today I started a new, permanent role with that company and I am so made up!
