Simkiss Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a PR Account Executive to join a vibrant and growing PR agency based in Birmingham city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic communications professional to become part of a hands-on and supportive team, working across a diverse range of clients and sectors. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role where you will be involved in the full lifecycle of PR campaigns, from initial idea through to delivery and results. Responsibilities will include writing press releases and content, liaising with journalists and media contacts, supporting campaign planning, coordinating shoots and managing social media activity. You will play a key role in delivering impactful storytelling for clients, whilst developing strong relationships both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre, and will have a minimum of 6 months experience within PR or communications, ideally within an agency environment, alongside strong writing, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be naturally curious, proactive and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders, with a genuine interest in how stories are shaped and shared. This PR Account Executive role would suit someone who thrives in a collaborative office-based environment and is keen to learn, develop and progress within a supportive team. A Driver’s License and access to a vehicle will also be necessary to meet with clients and attend events across the wider Midlands.
